3. Screw the handle into the punched handle hole (pay attention to the front and back of the door panel, the side without the hinge hole is the front), the handle screw may be too long, so 2 circles are added to the hardware package. spacer for the hole and place the spacer between the screw and the door panel.
4. When leaving the factory, only the hinge screw holes are pre-drilled on the moving door and door panel in advance, and the hinge holes of the two side panels and the top panel are not pre-drilled, so that the buyer can install it easier and with less error. , can only make the buyers tired and screw a few more screws. The screws that fix the hinges are self-tapping, which can be easily screwed in with a screwdriver even if there is no pre-drilled hole.
5. Turn the folding table upside down, the top plate touches the ground, and use hinges to connect the No. 2 tabletop and the No. 1 top plate together. Move the door panel to support the desktop, insert the pin head into the hole on the back of the desktop, draw the position with a pencil on the moving door and fix the pin (the pin hole is not pre-drilled).
6. When assembling the folding table, a felt cloth or cardboard box should be laid on the ground to avoid scratches on the table. When installing the hinge, because the surface of the board is relatively hard, it is difficult to screw in the screws. You can press the screws first, and tap the screws with a hammer a few times, so that the board leaves a small hole that is recessed, so that it is easy to screw in.
